Which mulching will be more beneficial either plastic mulching or organic mulching before starting my vegetable farm?

Both have their own benefits and constraints too but in overall aspects which will be recommendable to farmer for sustainable agriculture. Organic mulching has more benefits and advantages through its proper functioning in implementing a good cycle of returning more nutrients into the soil and a good turnover of soil microbial populations.
