Use a natural remedy including removing the worms by hand; spraying plants with a homemade mixture of water and cayenne pepper; and introducing a predator insect. Use an Insecticide by spraying or applying it to the plants.
Prevent the worms physically by: Tilling the soil; Practising Crop Rotation during each planting season and covering the ground with black plastic mulch around your plants to prevent the tomato worms from coming out of the soil.
