What is wilting in pepper field?


  • Yellowing of foliage and wilting upper leaves; wilting spread to all parts of the plant; leaves remain attached to the plant and are dark green in color; red-brown discoloration of vascular tissue; plant death.
    Plant pepper in well-draining soils and avoid waterlogging
    Spray with Diazol/Thionex against whitefly which might be the cause or if suspected to be seed infestation, the whole farm should be destroyed
